"Why didn't they tell me?"

What is it really like to be pregnant? What feelings, thoughts, and dreams awaken within you during this period when new life is developing inside you?Mishlach's notebook was created for pregnant women. It provides crucial information about the emotional processes occurring within you during this time, as well as a space that allows, through writing and dreaming, to express "everything" – hopes, fears, questions, and dilemmas that concern you and many other women during this formative and exciting period. The creators of this notebook draw upon years of knowledge and experience in therapeutic work, as well as their personal experiences.Mishlach's notebook is intended for any woman planning a pregnancy, for those who are in the process, and for any woman who is already pregnant, at any stage.'Mishlach's Notebook' was written by Sarit Eliyahu and Adi Brosh.

Sarit Eliyahu, mother. Author of 'My Dream Book', drama therapist (M.A.), psychotherapist, and dyadic therapist. The idea for Mishlach's notebook was born from a personal experience of pregnancy and childbirth and the need to pass it on.Adi Brosh, mother. Clinical psychologist; has a private practice.
